You can easily exchange your tickets if your schedule changes. Just return your tickets to the box office up to 24 hours before the earlier show. Tickets may only be exchanged for other performances of the same show.

If you lose or misplace your tickets, we'll gladly provide replacements. Our computerized box office records allow us to replace lost or stolen tickets for subscribers quickly and at no charge, right up to the time of performance.

“What’s a Preview?” You ask..

Previews are your chance to see the shows before opening night—almost a dress rehearsal—while they’re still being created. They’re an exciting way to see the shows at a discounted price....starting at just $218! We’ll even ask you for your feedback as we finetune the shows for the grand opening later in the week! Previews are the first Wednesday matinee and evening performances, and the first Thursday matinee performance, of each production.
