Helping you feel at home at the Ogunquit Playhouse

Ogunquit Playhouse’s mission is to create exceptional theatrical experiences that spark joy and enrich our community. As a non–profit organization, we rely on the generosity of supporters like you to help make that happen.

Venue accessibility

Assistive Listening Devices

Headphones that isolate and boost the stage audio and Hearing Loops that feed boosted audio to your existing compatible hearing aids are available at the Patron Services desk free of charge before each performance.

Wheelchairs & Mobility Concerns

Seating for wheelchairs and any guests with mobility issues can be booked through our Box Office (207.646.5511, 10a-5p). Upon arrival in the theater, our volunteers will help you get seated, store your mobility devices, and bring them to you at the start of intermission, and at the end of the performance.

Comfort Seating

For guests who find standard seating restrictively uncomfortable, please call the Box Office. Chairs without armrests are available for purchase in the wheelchair identified spaces of Rows I and Y.

Accessible performances

During the fourth week of each production, dialogue and lyrics are projected via monitors flanking both sides of the stage. These performances are noted on the season schedule with an OC symbol.
